POLICIES:

A $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment slot. It is non-refundable & only transferable within 24hrs of original appointment, otherwise a new one is required to reschedule.

Payments are accepted VIA DEBIT, CREDIT, TAP TO PAY, ZELLE, APPLE PAY & IN CASH. Full amount must be paid at time of service; remaining balance due will be charged using card on file within 2 hours post service.

📍Location is DOWNTOWN TUCSON, AZ 85701. Please double check your distance from 85701 prior to booking.

🅿️ Paid Parking garage RIGHT next door, Paid public parking right next door. Meters out front. $8 minimum, please consider this beforehand.

Cancellations: Provide notice 24hrs ahead of time to avoid a fee. Cancellation fee is $25 and is required to reschedule. No shows will be blocked/banned from booking future sessions. No shows include cancellations same day &or no contact.

Late Policy: Please arrive within 10 minute grace period to avoid a late fee of $5. 15 mins = $10. Past 20 mins, appointment will be cancelled.

AFTER HOURS/OVERTIME: Appointments outside of business hours (before or after) result in an additional $25 fee.

Guests are not allowed unless being serviced as well or otherwise discussed.

Repairs: Free after the first 3 business days. After that a starting rate of $5 will be applied.

Colors & products may vary. All ideas are welcome but not promised.

Please allow about 2-3 hours for me to service you. I do not rush my work.

You may be rescheduled/charged for removals if they are not booked or scheduled for ahead of time. Please provide notice if soak offs are needed.
